«assideo» is a holistic Swiss project management tool that was designed according to the principle of ‘reduced to the maximum’. It is a tried and tested program with which projects can be networked and implemented holistically. It was developed in collaboration with Swiss companies and practitioners in response to the daily challenges of complex projects. Projects have been successfully implemented with «assideo» since 2016.
The IT outsourcing project for Visana Versicherungen was completed successfully and according to plan. Advento took on the overall project management and was responsible for additional key positions.
